Use case

Unified data and an executive dashboard

Every division reports a different number for the same metric, and the monthly pack takes a week to assemble by hand.

The situation

Sales has a figure. Finance has a different one. Operations has a third. All three are defensible, because all three come from different systems with different cut-off rules, and nobody has written down which definition is the official one.

Our approach

The technical work is a pipeline into a warehouse. The real work is agreeing on definitions: what counts as an order, when revenue is recognised, which customers are excluded. We run that agreement first and encode it as versioned, testable transformations.

Dashboards come last, built around the specific decisions the leadership team makes on a recurring basis.

What changes

The monthly pack builds itself. Disagreements move from “whose number is right” to the actual business question underneath.

Modernising a legacy system onto cloud

A core system still runs the business, but nobody wants to touch it. Moving it without stopping the business is the whole problem.
