The situation

An application written years ago still handles billing, or inventory, or claims. It works. But the original team has moved on, the hosting is end-of-life, and every change takes weeks because nobody is certain what else it will break.

Our approach

We start by making the current behaviour visible: mapping the data model, the integrations, and the undocumented rules that live in the code. Only then does a migration plan mean anything.

From there the work runs in slices. We move one bounded capability at a time onto the new platform while the old system keeps serving everything else, and each slice ships behind a switch you can turn off.

You stop scheduling deployments as events. Your team recovers by following a procedure they have tested, and the next change to that system lands in days.
