Use case

A customer-facing portal and mobile app

Customers call or email for information your systems already hold, and every request costs staff time.

The situation

Order status, statements, documents, service history. The data exists, but the only interface to it is a person. Volume grows, the team grows with it, and service quality gets worse anyway because the queue is longer.

Our approach

We start with the handful of requests that make up most of the call volume, and build a portal that answers exactly those. Authentication, permissions, and an audit trail are designed in at the start, not retrofitted after a security review.

Mobile follows the same rule: build for the tasks people do on a phone, not a shrunken desktop screen.

What changes

Routine enquiries stop reaching a person, and your team spends its time on the exceptions, which is where it was useful all along.

Modernising a legacy system onto cloud

A core system still runs the business, but nobody wants to touch it. Moving it without stopping the business is the whole problem.
